Employee Survey Lands Company on Charlotte Observer List

ROCK HILL, SC, September 25, 2016 - Pulcra Chemicals, LLC, has been named a Top Workplace by the Charlotte Observer. Pulcra is one of 50 companies to make the 2016 list of the best places to work in the Charlotte Metro Area. 

The selection was based on an employee survey where Pulcra’s employees answered questions about the culture of their workplace. The results and feedback from employees landed the private, chemical manufacturing company in the eleventh spot among small companies.

Managing Director, Jeff Carr, says, “being named a Top Workplace 2016 by the Charlotte Observer and WorkplaceDynamics is a testament to our team.  It is an honor and privilege to work with such an outstanding group every day." 

Pulcra Chemicals was one of 50 companies selected for the list, which appeared in the Charlotte Observer on September 24, 2016. Located in Rock Hill, SC since 2011, Pulcra has received this honor for the first time. 
The Charlotte Observer publishes the Top Workplace list annually following an employee feedback survey administered by the research firm, WorkplaceDynamics.

According to WorkplaceDynamics, it is not easy for a company to make the list. Employees must feel a strong connection to the company’s mission and goals in order to meet the research firm’s strict standards for organizational health.
