Pulcra Italy forms a joint venture with long-time partner Lachiter S.r.L
Pulcra Chemicals Italy S.r.l. starts joint venture with Lachiter S.r.l. to form Pulcra-Lachiter S.r.l.
Starting on January 1st, 2010 the Pulcra Chemicals group expanded its operations in Italy regarding its leather chemicals business:
Pulcra Italy and its long-time partner Lachiter, represented by owner, manager Carmine Faella, have formed a joint venture.
The company will be managed by Giuseppe Scarpato of Pulcra Italy and Carmine Faella.
To reflect this expansion Pulcra Chemicals Italy S.r.l. was renamed to
Pulcra-Lachiter S.r.l.
This company is made up of a group of commercially minded leather, textile and fiber technicians that support our customers hands-on with our high-quality products!
Office, central lab, warehouse and production of Pulcra-Lachiter have moved to the premises of Lachiter in Bologna:
